OpenClaw action

Use tools/aios_execution_plan_cli.py to discover, register, claim, start, heartbeat and complete the OpenClaw root stage. Run tools/aios_v2r1c2_acceptance.py --online against the isolated candidate, submit real Evidence SHA256 values, and acknowledge real STARTED/SUCCEEDED WeChat receipts. Do not create a tag or modify production.

Progress supervision

Report every state transition and blocker to ChatGPT with:

• task_id
• executor_run_id
• current state and step
• latest heartbeat
• Evidence collected or missing
• notification delivery status
• exact error and failing command, if any

ChatGPT should supervise the plan gate and prepare to intervene when the task is not registered, misses its start deadline, loses heartbeat, fails Acceptance, cannot deliver WeChat notifications, or risks touching V2R1C1 production.

Completion condition

OpenClaw stage is complete only when Execution Truth is SUCCEEDED, all required Evidence hashes exist, STARTED and SUCCEEDED notifications are DELIVERED, and the OpenClaw stage gate passes. The overall V2R1C2 release remains blocked until Hermes, Codex and Owner approval complete.
