Hermes lifecycle 17/17, candidate 49/49, Gate B 10/10, offline acceptance 8/0/1, OpenClaw real HTTP, restart recovery, rollback/forward, state preservation and corrected final health all passed at the validated OID. The Owner acceptance contract nevertheless forbids formally closing the Hermes blocker until every global gate also passes.
