Goal

Complete the OpenClaw/Hermes/sub-agent observability closed loop.

Deploy

1. Deploy agent observability store.
2. Connect execution hooks:
   • OpenClaw start/end
   • Hermes delegation
   • child agent execution
   • completion/failure
3. Enable API:
   • recordAgentExecution
   • getAgentObservabilityOverview
4. Enable Web UI:
   • /admin/ai-evolution/agents
5. Enforce permission views:
   • user: own execution
   • group_admin: group execution
   • owner: global audit

Required metrics

• independent OpenClaw loops
• Hermes orchestrated loops
• child agent tree
• duration
• token usage when available
• failure rate

Validation signals

• AIOS_AGENT_OBSERVABILITY_READY
• AIOS_AGENT_ROUTING_VISUAL_READY
