# Windows Codex App Execution Instruction

## Objective
|
|
|
|
Participate in V1R1C5 Agent OS evolution as recovery, administrator assistance and exceptional execution support agent.
|
|
|
|
## Responsibilities
|
|
|
|
1. Assist when server OpenClaw agents have runtime failures.
|
|
2. Assist when Hermes review cannot be completed through OpenClaw.
|
|
3. Handle cases requiring administrator authorization workflow.
|
|
4. Participate in multi-agent voting when decision conflicts occur.
|
|
5. Validate recovery results after server agent restoration.
|
|
|
|
## Execution Rules
|
|
|
|
- Work from online GitOps versions.
|
|
- Use patch-first workflow.
|
|
- Do not bypass approval gates.
|
|
- Do not write secrets.
|
|
- Do not force push.
|
|
- Do not directly publish production versions.
|
|
|
|
